Images of the Jester's Trees, Large and Small

I have not seen many pictures of them so I thought I would share some.

What is nice about both trees is that they are animated in that some of the petals fall from the tree. However, both trees have very large thorns sticking out of them which gives them a bit of a sinister look.

    Bit confused, what's different between these and normal High Elf cherry blossom trees?

    You can buy a skyshard for your home from the general achievement furnisher in the three capital cities. You need to have collected all skyshards in the three alliance areas plus Cyrodiil to be allowed to buy them.

    The normal trees are not animated.

    They have animated cherry blossom falling from them.

    Seem very similar to the trees you can buy with crowns, if not the same. Prob gonna save my money.

    Edit, just saw they drop blossom, now I'm on the fence.

    There is one in Grahtwood in Elden Root (that huge tree), near the wayshrine.
    I assume there are two more in the other alliance capitals.

    There should be a vendor in each of the main capital cities for each faction. The vendor should be located near the other house item vendors. (BTW: I have seen these vendors for a while and could not figure out how to get the trees, so I am assuming the vendors will still be around AFTER the holiday event is over.) For example;

    Here is the tree vendor in Elder Root (I took the picture with a character that did not have the achievement so you can see what you have to do);

    OK this was taken at night but you can still see the difference in the trees. In the foreground is the "Twisted Pink Cherry" tree. You can see the bark is much brighter and does not have thorns. However it does not drop any petals sadly. I will try to take another shot when it is brighter for comparison later today.

    There are several vendors for these (I think) but they too can be found in the Capital Cities for each faction.

    Grrr, I thought these only dropped from the Jester Boxes. Been doing the Jester dailies on 4 + toons and wondering why my luck was so rotten. <skips off to Wayrest to buy trees>

    Hi,

    I said before I would post a shot or two during the "day" so you can see the different textures on the trees better.

    Below is a similar shot I took before but now with some bright sun;

    And here are the two trees ("Twisted Pink Cherry" on the left and "Jester's Large Tree" on the right) from a different angle;

    You can see that the Jester's tree's bark is much darker and with thorns the the brighter bark of the tree on the right.
