Unless you're fighting a boss that is immune to bleeding, in which case your axe is completely useless ...Upright_man wrote: »vMA weapon buffs axe bleed proc which is better dps in the trial single target boss fights than the dagger crit % now that the crit damage has taken a hit.

haha which is why i just say f the axe and roll with 2 daggers.
Any idea what kind of dps loss that is on a boss which does bleed @SirAndy ?
Hopefully its minuscule...
My understanding of this (although possibly flawed) is that it may come down to gear setup. The reason for running daggers was always for the bonus to penetration. But with players running sets like Spriggans there are situations where running two daggers would mean more penetration than is necessary and hence its just a waste as it gives no real benefit if you are ignoring all of a mobs armour. Therefore because set bonuses are giving such high penetration its better to take additional damage from other weapon types.
I still get the "target is immune" message on some bosses?Lightspeedflashb14_ESO wrote: »They updated the game a few patches ago so that everything bleeds.
