I don't think he referred to that one as in done in 1-2 hours but rather the shiny smaller pile and the scale.
Perhaps I completely misunderstood.

But for Felonious Recompense, just steal 20-30k gold worth of items from a merchant or guild kiosk while being witnessed. Or kill people. Whatever you like.
Then fast travel to Baelborne Rock, go to the Glenumbra Outlaws Refuge, and pay off your bounty. It should only take about 20 minutes per round.signing off0 -

Except he was talking about felonious recompense for the pile of coins not the mountain of loot, pulls off coins looks better anyway.0 -
