That's the point. Reward only comes from randomly helping others fill and complete dungeons not just what you want. @greylox

I got White Gold Tower several times in a row for the daily dungeon. Getting annoying...

If you are not capable of carrying a group and can't explain mechanics to them in a way that they understand what to do, then better get some friends or guild mates to for a group or just accept that your group might not be able to complete the dungeon.
