@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_Gary (I don't know who else to properly tag that deals with animations) A This is a universal issue on PS4 (Pro/ normal) based on my own character and the temps to whom I've talked about this issue. In most cases the "hand wave" animation is skipped entirely. Maybe 1/10 times you actually see the full wave and animation. Even the particle effects on the target are often skipped. It has been this way since Homestead.

✭Also casting abilities in cyrodiil while targeting enemy door make ur skill canceled but your mana consumed , tested with fighters guild Turn Undead.
Another thing : Destruction staves heavy attack bug - when charging freely heavy attack and then u target enemy player the charging of your attack gets canceled immediately and no animation is firing , so you have to charge it all over again.0
