Do people usually trade VO if they don't need it ?

Since its sought after set, maybe people leave it for their stamina alts ? Or do people usually trade it if playing with magicka toon ?
I just ran my first trial and didn't get a since VO piece, but did get full set of quick serpent ! Great... Why did ZOS even create this set, just to troll us ? It doesn't belong in trial loot drop table, it should have been dungeon set...

Valykc✭✭✭✭✭Yeah they do, I run trials with guilds and people will trade it for free if they absolutely do not need it. Even more so if you have a piece they need such as Infallible Aether for Vicious Ophidian. It can happen, really depends on your group. I would say guild ran trails are more likely to trade than people picked up through zone. I could be wrong though but with 8-12 character slots people usually save the BiS gear for alts and give away ones with bad traits.0 -

✭I find people generally give away anything they don't need without issues.
I have seen a few people in random dungeons try to sell drops but it's quite rare. Once in a trial someone tried to sell a gold IA ring they said they didn't want 200k, no one bought it and funny enough I've never seen that person in that group again.
That being said rng still sucks><1 -

✭It depends on who you run with. If you are running with a bunch of new players who are "starved" for trial gear, then probably not.
If you run with people who have been running trials for months, then they will have the stuff spilling out of their ears.

✭✭The guild I run trials with not only run all normal trials on Tuesday nights to help people gear up, and we give away what we don't need to any one for free, but when doing Vet content we do the same thing, yes, even with the gold jewellery!
The harder things to come by are the BiS weapons..Far too many characters to list any more.0 -

Now i give body pieces for free and sell jewlery for 20-40k0 -
SolarCat02✭✭✭✭✭If you are running with an experienced guild, the only difficult things to get from Craglorn Trials right now are Twice-Fanged Serpent (Sanctum Ophidia) and Sharpened Infallible Aether Lightning Staves. This is because the majority of people are done collecting their pieces of everything else now.
The drops from Maw of Lorkhaj are a little tougher, especially if you are looking for rings/shield/weapons Alkosh or swords/staves Moondancer, but most established groups still have lots to trade.Why be normal when you can be better?

Same is with vMoL. Experienced raiders have all the armor and jewelry they need. Weapons and shields are what are rarer drops0 -

✭nice people do. other jerks will auction it, I've had people give me divine pieces- and others use me to leverage higher sells. it depends.
