And I'm not talking about stuff. I'm talking about NPC's. I wish homestead would allow you to "hire" help to do laundry, cook, clean, feed my pets. I've only got my assistants in there.

Nope that doesn't work. I've tried this with my wife ( My real wife ). Because your houses are attached to your account and not to the individual characters the kiss of Mara will not help you co-own a home with your game spouse.
Sorry all you get is what ever privileges your game spouse gives you..

Bards!! Yes!!! Definitely a bard ... or two!

But yeah, definitely something with NPC activity. My mounts are not getting fed. I've put out a cart of hay beside them but they're picky. The grass needs a little trimming too.
