The next housing feature I would like to see...

To start with, I want storage, I want a thief and atronach mundus, a wayshrine, and a lot of other things people have suggested, but the feature I want the most is this:

I want to be able to interact with my other characters within the house. I know a lot of other players have asked to be able to place their characters in their houses, but if I was in charge of developing the feature here is how I would make it work:

Part 1:

I enter the house with character #1 and go into the living area and do the read emote and use /camp. Then I enter the house with character #2 and go to where character #1 is and character #1 is still reading. I would like this to work with all dances and emotes that run infinitely.

Part 2:

With character #2 I can interact with #1 using "E" and get a dialog that gives me 2 choices.

1. Switching to character #1
2. Exchanging Inventory with character #1

With this I can have all my characters in my house, and if my DK needs to give my NB my only sharpened BSW staff I can do that without putting it into the bank and switching characters and getting it back out of the bank.

So if for example I am running a first trial with one DPS and then a 2nd with another I can give gear and switch to that character in one interaction instead of multiple.

Or in another example... if I get a bunch of decent drops of medium armor for a build that I am thinking of, but I am on my magicka templar I can go to my stam sorc and put it in my stam sorc's inventory.

Anyway, this feature would save me, and probably others a lot of time and "/camp"ing and really add QOL to housing in my opinion. Plus you can have your characters hanging out at your house and make it feel alive and much less empty.
