Greetings!
Thank you for contacting us back, and thank you so much for your patience. My name is Tuesday.
After reviewing your account, I can confirm that your deposit did not go through.
I have returned the 300,000 gold to your bank. You should see it on your next log in.
Please make sure when you are depositing your gold that you let the guild screen fully load as that may help avoid further issues with depositing.
If you have any more problems or questions, please contact us again.
Have a great day!
Kind regards,
Tuesday

One day ago I deposited 300 000 in guild bank and money just gone. Also there is no deposits in guild bank acivity log. And it was not mistake when donate money in wrong guild, because i consist in only 1 guild, and it was not mistake when put money in my own bank, money just gone! Looks like support cant help - they sent me 2 autoresponses about my issue solved, but its not solved i still have no idea where is my money. Its not a first time btw, 2 monthes ago about 3000 gold gone the same way, but i've forgot about it cus 3000 is nothing, but 300 000 is huge summ for me do something and give me refund.
It does happen, I have had my weekly guild fees not deposit on a couple occasions. After a deposit, I check the history to see if it shows. When it does not show in history, I send in a ticket from the game. Both times I received the automated response, but within 24 hours a CS has replied. They see the issue and refund the deposit that did not go thru.
On one occasion I was told it went into another guild. I was in a heavily populated area at the time. So now I do my weekly guild deposits in a low populated area, seems to have helped .....
I really hope you're joking. The guy at ZOS that convinced them that "Never trust the client!" was an outdated phrase needs to be fired.
He needs to be publicly named and shamed to make sure he never ever gets a job in the industry again.
Single worst conceptual mistake ever.
Nope, i wasn't joking at all.I really hope you're joking. The guy at ZOS that convinced them that "Never trust the client!" was an outdated phrase needs to be fired.

If not this kind of BS needs to stop. Even if mistakes are made you're talking about ruining the life of another person.
Ask yourself how you would feel if you could be fired, then find out you've been doxxed and can't get a job you're qualified for any more because someone you've never met campaigned for it.
