Disconnection issue with a twist

So I have absolutely no problem playing the game with friends or by myself never have DC issues but it seems when I play with one specific friend I cant go 5 minutes without being disconnected, just to recconect to the same fate. Any ideas?

To add, its not just instances ie. Dungeons, trials or any of the sort it happens in large citys with other players around.
