Hlaalu Furnisher Document *bug*

Purchased a Hlaalu Furnisher Document's today as I usually would and upon opening them no loot screen appeared, the document vanished and I got nothing (I've checked my inventory). Just forewarning folk to take care to ensure they don't have the same thing happen, Devs might want to look into this also

I bought 5 of those with my 50 vauchers but upon opening them one just vanished the windows opened and closed before I could hit R.
Also my looting history was showing only 4 recipe as in my inventory only 4 new items. 1 had vanished in the thin air. The vauchers was deduced and I could not buy more.2 -

I have actually. Just encountered it yesterday (and put in a bug report about it - #170312-002468).
Did some writs that morning and got enough vouchers to buy 5 of the documents and those worked fine (and all previous ones I've bought have worked fine). Did some small writs a little bit later that added up to enough points for me to get one more and bought that additional one. Opened it and it vanished, never giving me a pop up window with recipe or anything else. (Already tried all the normal fixes, so submitted a bug report). Hopefully I can get my document or points back.-- @xaraan --
