NPC Merchant Nameplates Randomly Dropping

Has anyone else had a problem with the guild names on NPC merchants not displaying? This started recently for me. In one case a row of 4-5 NPC guild merchants had 1-2 that displayed the guild nameplate, the rest did not. I can fix it by going to settings and turning nameplates off/on, or by reloading. Just curious before I start the somewhat time-consuming aspect of disabling add-ons one by one to see which one (if any) it is.

AndyRH✭I'm actually new to the game. I've played for about a couple of weeks now and I've always seen this bug.
I don't think this is a PC Technical issue, so would a nice forum admin. move this post to the Bug Reporting section?
