Pet peeve about Writs so small you might not even care

Does anybody else just shake their head that fact that Writ objectives don't display in the order they would appear in the crafting menu?
Example.
Clothier Writ: Shoes, Sash, Hat
Crafting Menu: Shoes, Hat Sash
Like why do that do me?
It's such a small complaint but I find it completely unintuitive and sometimes it throws me off in remembering the things I have to craft because my short term memory isn't the sharpest tool at my disposal. Especially not if I'm trying to do them in order and that involves 'backtracking' in menus. I often find myself having to back out of the crafting menu to read the last objective because I got confused by this.

I have a horrible memory (short term especially) and I'm also easily distracted, so I have learned to repeat it a couple times in the order they appear at the crafting table. In the example above "shoes, hat, sash, shoes hat sash". That little bit of extra time it would take to do it in the order in the quest could be just enough time for something to distract me. I'm sure there's been times it's taken me a half hour to my writs on one character. I even used to write them down when I first started doing them.BawKinTackWarDs PS4/NA1 -

Ha! I thought I was the only one who's gotten nabbed for theft trying to turn in my writs. I don't know if this was intentional or not, but it sure is annoying.

No, just appear in order so you aren't clicking forwards and backwards through the item choices.

That's so funny because I do the same exact thing for the same exact reason!
I repeat it in almost a singing way. Otherwise I will have to look at my journal 3 or 4 times before it sticks.

✭✭✭✭✭If you play on the PC, use Dolgubon's Lazy Writ Crafter , it removes all the annoyances of doing writs.

✭It's good memory practice. Well maybe not so much 'good' but still practice for me. I try and see how many combinations of all three (Woodworker, Blacksmith, Clothier) I can remember when doing the writs. Then the same for the other three, but I have awful trouble with the cooking writs, I nearly always have to double check those.If you can be anything, be kind.0 -

✭The second I see 1 item from that writ I automatically know what the other items are and when I think of them I do so in the correct order they appear when crafting.
