✭Well think they already said the expansion will have new housing, since unlike the dlc won't vanish if you forget your subscription
How noteable will it be will be the tricky thing, since the place will be more lush then last time we saw it, no ghostfence and vast ashlands do to the red mountian being less active and what's his face not being to strong yet0
