What do I have to purchase to get a shot at Black Rose One Handed Weapon? Ive been farming Black Heart Haven for months now and have not gotten a One Handed Defending or Sharpened yet smh. I'm going to try for the Black Rose one instead.

✭✭✭✭✭Black rose items come from the tel var stone vendors in the imperial city sewers.
The armor can be purchased for 5000 stones per piece, but to get weapons I think you have to buy the black rose lockboxes, which are 3000 stones each but give a completely random item. You may get a weapon, you may not.
I managed to farm for/buy the entire set including jewelry, but still have no weapons or shield.PS4 / NA
