$100 for an UNFURNISHED version of a pretty but empty cavern that serves ESSENTIALLY no purpose but to look pretty and make you feel good because housing has ZERO functionality. Unlike housing in old games like Ultima Online and Star Wars: Galaxies.

Edit: in case it's not, no it's not ****ing reasonable. That's more than the Morrowind expansion. If anyone would like to sit and try to defend the prices and explain why it's totally acceptable that they're priced differently/so much higher, let me grab my popcorn first so i can have something to eat during your comedy routine.
