@OP deltia usually has a BiS (best in slot) gear choice and then an alternative. The prismatic runes are probably for end game gear. He usually states some basic craftable sets that are easier to come by. Shoot for those then work your way up.
Just checked, prismatic glyps is around 17-20k, making it far cheaper than making your armor legendary. How much better they are than an mix of health and stamina ones is another issue

2 bloodspawn
5 hist bark
5 akaviri dragon guard
All health enchants on all sturdy pieces
All points in Stam
2 block cost glyph 1 mag regen
Atronach mundus
Tho I don't use vigor and just use dragon blood to heal, healer gives a heal over time
For pledges I run:
2 grothdarr
5 hist bark
5 trinimac valor

Hist bark is cool and everything, but I like to spam ultimate so I use tava's instead.
This where we need jewlery crafting. Imagine running both. Perma shuffle and Tava generation. Literally the laziest build going and you'd need to do is block and chuck out a warhorn. Who thinks a new thread is needed on this?PC Master Race
