Tremorscale Monster Set?

So I recently got the full set and decided to give it a try because the 50% proc sounds good. My question is if this set is worth it compared to others. The proc only happens when you taunt which seems bad considering you shouldn't be taunting a boss every single hit. Would I benefit more from Grothdarr in dungeons?
Edit: I've tried using it for farming normal monsters and the set is great since it doesn't matter if I spam taunt/bash/heavy attack on trash mobs. The proc generally does enough damage in the combo to kill most things.

Mephisto939✭✭✭✭It's a tank set that allows the tank to actually do some damage since your main sword and board skill is a taunt. I still prefer bloodspawn though, since you will build up ultimate faster and be able to use warhorn more often. Buffing your group will probably out dps anything tremor can do. From time to time I wear tremor when my tank runs solo in IC.Why did the Dunmer cross the road?

✭✭✭Since OP was talking about Dungeons I will say, don't run this set in PvE. You don't want to try and deal damage as a tank, you want to try and buff and debuff. So a set that helps you apply more of that will be your best bet. So things like Lord Warden or Blood Spawn. I run 1p Shadowrend and 1p Chokethorn for the magicka recovery, works really well for any kind of tank.5

GreatGildersleeve✭✭✭✭For me, Tremorscale is a pvp set. I don't run any pve content with it (even going solo pve, I run Engine Guardian before Tremorscale. Personal preference I guess.)
I'm going to assume you're tanking and say you'll get more group utility out of Lord Warden or Blood Spawn. If you're not tanking, please don't taunt.
