Is there a way you can verbally speak to customer service? Been having an issue that has not been resolved in days. Tired of waiting 12 hours per automated response.

    I'd be surprised if ZOS does that. Even WoW doesn't and if anyone has the money for customer service reps to man the phones, it's them.

    That would be awesome... I'm just happy I finally got this forum invitation code! Took the full 72 hours. I'm surprised we can't just log in to the forum using our in-game account.

    They had Phone Customer Service at launch, and about 4 to 6 months later it was eliminated.

    That only restarts the process. Just keep replying to the emails that you get and a human will get involved at some point.

    I'd recommend waiting whatever time-frame they allotted in the support ticket. It comes down to the severity of the issue really. (Or at least how severe or game-changing/breaking you consider it to be)
