    I believe that it's Varen's staff. I think you can only get it if
    you sacrifice him during the last main quest.

    @MAEK @StrawberryKitsune The staff is the soul shriven motif you get for completing Cadwell's Silver.

    Thanks guys. :) its been bugging me as i knew i'd seen it before and yeah i think varens staff that i got after blowing molag bal back into next century was in this style.

    A few days ago I logged in to the Skywatch bank, opened my inventory after withdrawing some things, and found this guy creeping behind me:

    My absolute favourite that I've seen was an Argonian called 'Dies-Quite-Often', but I haven't seen that character name in a long time - definitely not 2017.
