If I buy Morrowind Expansion on NA server will it be unlocked for me in EU server as well?

Currently if you buy dlcs on NA server those dlcs are not unlocked in EU server and you have to buy them separately again. Is this the case with Morrowind also? Or it will be treated differently as it is an expansion?

MAEK✭✭✭✭I would think that you will have it on both servers, as it is purchased outside of the game and other items (like the pre-order bonus) was availible gor both. This could be wrong, as I don't have any info from ZoS, but probably you'll have it for both.1
