Invisible vMA Mobs? PC/NA

For the last week or so, when I zone into one of the vMA stages, I get attacked by invisible mobs. And killed.
When I ress on the spot and begin the round again, the mobs appear as they should, before they attack me.
On a similar note, after zoning by fast transport, my abilities are unresponsive for about 5 seconds.
Perhaps a related issue?

Most likely what you're experiencing is lag. Happens to me whenever I wayshrine somewhere and the npcs/mobs don't show up for a few seconds.0 -

✭same. Also stg 6 totems appear webbed no matter what. Archers don't animate taking aim in stf7&9. Etc0
