Does Biting Jabs prop weapon enchantments?

✭✭✭✭Biting Jabs doesn't proc enchantments or any sets that require direct damage or melee attacks. It also doesn't proc Adrenaline Rush or Red Diamond.
It will however proc effects based DOTs such as Skoria or sets that proc on any damage caused such as Kra'gh.
It is worth noting though that Burning Light is considered a melee attack and BL can proc a wide range of effects, such as Viper and Selene. So Biting Jabs can indirectly proc a lot of things but may or may not be reliable depending on which other attacks you use in your rotation.

AJ_1988✭✭✭I'm actually pretty sure jabs/sweeps prove red diamond. I don't use combat text so can't confirm but others have in the past, unless it has been changed at some stage in last 7 months when I wasn't playing.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Well it's a channel magic spell and an AOE not a weapon so it won't set off weapon based effects. Afaik#FiteForYourRite Bosmer = Stealth

No it doesn't sadly. There was a time when it was considered a melee attack and could proc Red Diamond et al, but that was many moons ago, MUCH longer than 7 months. Like I said above though, Burning Light can proc it, which is probably what you were seeing.
Edit: Burning Light proccing Red Diamond is incredibly rare, 10% chance on top of a 25% chance subject to a 500ms cooldown.Edited by Solariken on March 4, 2017 3:11PM0 -
