ESO Plus just stopped working. Mats are stacking up in my inventory rather than going into the crafting bag. Same with my guildies and some of them can't access DLC now.
Same here, this problem needs to be fixed ASAP. There is no acceptable reason for something like this to happen, when I pay for a subscription I expect it to be working as advertised.
Hmm... I tried to re-sub last night (NA XBOX), and when I went to purchase it said "store error". After a few tries I backed off. I guess I'll wait a bit then.
need that damn crafting bag and the crowns to finish buying the DLCs.
Same here just noticed crafting materials stacking up in my inventory instead of crafting bag. Went and checked my subscription says it's still active on my sub page on Xbox and set to renew on the 4th but no access ingame..sighs
Mine also stopped working. I just subbed for the first time ever this past week. Luckily I purchased all of the DLCs with crowns, so I can access those areas still, but this is not a good first impression for me dropping more cash to sub and it breaks a few days later.
The problem seems to be resolved now. It would be nice if ZOS could implement a 24 hour grace period (or some other contingency plan) on ESO Plus benefits, in order to give themselves time to fix these issues without inconveniencing their loyal subscribers.
So happy I cancelled my ESO+ a year or so ago and just bought the DLC's with the Crowns I'd saved up. Reading all these problems that are still happening with the ESO+ subscription - Couple that with the still crappy server problems, NPC's spawning in the middle (or under) the ground and breaking quests doing so, etc etc etc...
apparently not resolved.. NA PC.. ESO plus gone & not able to renew.. not matter which card used, nor location (different state even) used to renew, different ESO account attempted to renew... nada... Tried to purchase crowns.. nada.... Maybe ESO is having issues with the card authentication process as well ?
ESO+ stopped working last night for me around 10PM EST XBOX. I opened a ticket, but of course they attempted to blame the client. Re logging, resetting did not fix.
Is this yet another indicator of ZOS server issues?
This has been happening to to many paying Xbox customers. Why are we being ignored on this issue still? When are you going to contact Microsoft? When when you going to tell us what they said? Why does this keep happening to XBOX players????
Yep. Just started a thread on this. I just assumed that some glitch had caused my membership to be erased, so I just decided to purchase it again because the renewal charge hadn't kicked in either. Since I purchased for the 2nd time, the original renewal charge kicked in and now I've ended up paying twice in the same month, and it will probably continue to do this. I'm pay double for the service.
Truly ridiculous. Went through customer support and it tells me I need to contact Microsoft.
had two trials today, one that id been preparing for for quite some time- as it was a skin run- and couldnt go in cos - my renewal payment wasnt processed- ive now tried with 3 different credit cards- they works fine for every other process- the same ones i use for ebay, pokerstars, pornhub, nigerian royal family support- everything- this is still happening?!?!
more than frustrated right now- its truly unacceptable. maybe its for the best though- if a company cant handle my money they dont deserve my money.
