Could this maybe be a skin rather than a collectable that needs to be recast every time it's off cooldown? Sometimes if you're using waypoints to travel around it turns off and it isn't off cooldown yet.... considering it's supposed to be a legendary reward from the crown crates I don't think this is unreasonable to have as a skin..

I really wish this was a polymorph rather than a clicky.

Polymorph would work too. Skin or Polymorph whichever worked better internally!

Or if they could just make the cool downs of items much less than their duration, I am sure it's for some kind of technical reason but it bugs me that I have to wait forever to reuse any of them.
