Could this maybe be a skin rather than a collectable that needs to be recast every time it's off cooldown? Sometimes if you're using waypoints to travel around it turns off and it isn't off cooldown yet.... considering it's supposed to be a legendary reward from the crown crates I don't think this is unreasonable to have as a skin..

Polymorph would work too. Skin or Polymorph whichever worked better internally!0 -
