I'm going to post another thread about this since it seems it's not only broken on PS4 but on Xbox and PC as well. After the momentum of streak your character gets stuck. You cannot use skills or move, you just have to wait it out...
This only seems to happen while in combat in PvP
Can we have someone look into it please?

Soo annoying -_- Getting stuck in a destro ult is sooo much fun...
For some reason if you streak but not teleport the enemies infront of you get stunned but you just stand there like a punching bag to others who aren't stunned really annoying. or when you try to escape a big group and you just stand there.. you already know you dead before they hit you.. and with no cp shields against 5+ people with all out damage build yea good luck...

I've seen it happen to me on inclines. And happened while I tried to Streak into Caltrops twice.

This is not accurate. I used streak on PC yesterday. Only got stuck once. Guard put talons on me so couldn't Morr ecept to use streak and it worked flawlessly.
Huh?? This is not a snare or anything close to a CC... You literally get stuck for no reason and can't move. It's not from NPC's...

I stopped using streak and now use Mistform. The Streak bug happens often for me, and is simply too unreliable to use.0

like every other skill, interaction, and bar swap in pvp, it's a rng crapshoot.
