hey i have this game from realese time after som time i take a pause from the game after ca 1 year i instaled my game again but my character was gone so have to start over again how can get my lost character back and pet

Ruusa✭✭✭Which server are you on? Sounds like you accidentally logged to the wrong server.
On PC, the launcher was changed so now you need to select the server after you launch the game by clicking "Server" when you are in the login screen. Sometimes the server selection doesn't instantly update, so before logging in make sure that the welcome text in announcements mentions the correct server.0 -
