From memory:

Emperor and Fishing are <0.1%

The pact/dominion/covenant hero trophies are at < 3%

pact/dominion/convenant dungeon vanquisher trophies are < 3%

pact/dominion/convenant public dungeon conqueror trophies are < 2%

"Help take a keep and a resource" is about 15% I think.

HOWEVER - anyone who has been playing since beta and got the console transfer may have completed the tasks, but not got the trophy - as it goes on the in-game achievement. For example, I don't have the Keep/Resource one because I got it before console release. I didn't have most of the main quest ones for a long either, because I think I only had three left to do by console release, so when I transferred, I only got trophies for the last three. But with 1T, you don;t have to level up to get the quests anymore, so I managed to do it really quickly :-).
