Jester's Festival Dates Confirmed

Found this while I was looking for Housing related achievements on Xbox. It's a timed achievement running from 2017-03-23 to 2017-04-03 for "Lord or Lady of Misrule".

I tested some of this on PTS. It had some of the funniest dialogue I have ever seen in a game. It honest to goodness had me laughing out loud in places. Thanks for the dates, OP!

Not everyone likes all kinds of content.

Also, isn't that everyone who ever played the game, ever? So if someone started on Xbox when ESO first went to consoles, played for a month, then left and never came back...

I have two friends on PC right now that havent gotten past level 15. Theyve been playing for a few months now. Some people just take their time playing.

But these arnt the kind of achievements you work towards doing or take a long time to complete.

This is just "complete Veteran dungeon"

I think its kind of strange that 0.16% of all xbox players have done veteran cradle or ruins. I get those dungeons frequently when I use the group finder or do undaunted pledges and I dont even try to get them. I actually hate getting them lol I cant avoid it.
Maybe its because they are a DLC and not many players have it.

It was during Homestead PTS but it's no longer there.

IDK about the xbone but for the ps4 the number are similarly low. But the ps4 only upload the trophies to the PSN when the user open the trophies and very, very few people do so on a regular basis so the number are very skewed.

I've only successfully pugged cradle of shadows once on vet out of countless tries so that seems like it could be right from my experience.

I haven't done any VR dungeons and I've been playing since beta. Not everyone takes joy or even has the opportunity to spend 1 hour+ locked continuously behind a pc in order to complete a dungeon.

Oh, thanks! Even though I've had an account since beta, this will be the first year I've played for more than a couple hours. The first festival I took part in was New Life. I'd taken a peek at the festival achievements and had only seen ones for New Life and the Witches Festival. They've since added the ones for the Jester's Festival as well, but I hadn't seen another. I'll look forward to another.

I've been playing since beta, and I have done two normal dungeons and one veteran. The two normal were back on PC before console transfer (Fungal Grotto, Darkshade Caverns), and the veteran (Arx Corinium) was a couple of weeks back. Annoyingly, just before homestead, so I didn't even get the bust! Gah.

But even the numbers for just completing the main quest is really low on PS4.

From memory:

Emperor and Fishing are <0.1%

The pact/dominion/covenant hero trophies are at < 3%

pact/dominion/convenant dungeon vanquisher trophies are < 3%

pact/dominion/convenant public dungeon conqueror trophies are < 2%

"Help take a keep and a resource" is about 15% I think.

HOWEVER - anyone who has been playing since beta and got the console transfer may have completed the tasks, but not got the trophy - as it goes on the in-game achievement. For example, I don't have the Keep/Resource one because I got it before console release. I didn't have most of the main quest ones for a long either, because I think I only had three left to do by console release, so when I transferred, I only got trophies for the last three. But with 1T, you don;t have to level up to get the quests anymore, so I managed to do it really quickly :-).

Just curious, what year is it supposed to be ingame? because Im pretty sure the last festival was almost a year ago judging by the amount of ingame days that have passed.
