If I want Nord style furnishings, am I better off searching The Rift and East March? Or does it matter?

    There is more chance of finding themed furniture in the matching zone, yes.
    Unfortunately the Nord zones are probably the worst for blueprint container density...

    Maybe the best bet is Hall of the Dead? It's in a Nord zone and has a bazillion urns. That's where I'd try first.
