Enchanting Writ/Masteful Glyph Bug?

[PC][NA Server].
This is my first writ for enchanting, Masterful Glyph and the instructions say to create "superb glyph of absorb magicka" and under that quality: legendary. I assumed that meant with a kuta aspect run and made glyph but the quest didn't update. So, I made a glyph with each other aspect rune and still the quest didn't update. Also, the vouchers for completion of this quest is zero. I am not sure if that is typical for the first writ? Before I waste more kuta's I wanted to ask if anyone else experienced this or if I am doing something wrong.

JasonSilverSpring✭✭✭✭✭Ah, for that you need to use just a basic Ta (white quality). For regular enchanting writs always use a Ta; don't waste the higher quality Aspect runes on enchanting writs.0
