Problem Pre - Ordering Morrowind

So, I'm on the PS4, I already own the game, I go into the PS Store & look for TES: Morrowind. The only version I could find is the actual full game (for people that don't own the game) and no sort of 'upgrade' for people who do.
Anyone else noticed this? Or have any info on when we'll be able to preorder?
