[REQUEST] A way to test rank I-IV of abilities

Dear ZOS,

Thanks for providing us with the PTS. However as an addon developer something that is painfully lacking is the ability to select a rank of each ability/morph for testing. This is particularly limiting when making buff trackers like Srendarr, as the unique combat event cues for targeted ground AOE abilities for example have to be mined manually by actually leveling up an ability to each rank, which takes days.

However there are often dozens of indistinguishable events for each ability that you cannot isolate as the correct ID you need without actually having the ability at the rank you are looking for.

Can we pretty please have a feature to set the rank of an ability?

EDIT: Or a far easier solution, just give us "XP Packs" on the PTS that work like food consumables and give us a big chunk of XP so we can just instantly level up abilities on our bar using those for testing.

Also, it doesn't really make sense to limit the number of character deletes on the PTS, does it?

This seems to reset when you log out at least so ignore this part which was more of an aside.
