High King Emerics shield?

Is there a way to craft or obtain the one he uses with a lions head? Here's a pic I found of him with the shield-

I've always wondered this too... And Sai Sahan(?)'s shoulder pieces and greatsword. I reckon they'll come out in later updates as new motifs.

There is a 4th tier of the standard motifs which zos doesn't want to release.
The master weapons are tier 4 redguard for example.

You can actually get Sai Sahan's greatsword by finishing the main quest. Since quest rewards scale to character level... and after VRs are removed, you'll instantly get your full CP rank when you hit 50... it's just this side of possible that making sure you finish the main quest after hitting 50 will grant you a V16 version of his greatsword, after DB hits.

For those of you who're confused by this line, the Bretons are actually Tamriel's version of Half-Elves. It's a lot more apparent in Arena and Daggerfall, but since Morrowind, it's been really easy to miss. And, yes, the half-elves you see in the Glenumbra Time Travel quest are Bretons.

Yeah I have a couple of vet versions on my characters as I don't touch main story until hit vet but I'd prefer to craft it somewhere down the line!

Also, if you steal weapons and such from armourers and so on, some of those will be in tier 5 style too.

I'm necroing this thread rather than make a new one. Did this shield never get released as a craftable motif? If so, why is ZOS just throwing away assets? The shield looks amazing.
