The character inventory pops up the 24th of USA time at 8PM EST. Eastern Time Zone. EST. UTC -5.
The original post said the weekend of the 24th.

I am asking for accurate information - i do not care what the day is as long as ZOS report it right. If they say 24th when they mean 25th I reserve my right to get grumpy.
But it is accurate information...for us in NA right now. It's a US based company, so all of their times are going to be US based. The vendor is coming out at 8pm est on the 24th.1 -

✭✭I can only apologise for this one - it was late, I was tired and had a glass too much beer and allowed what should have been mild irritation to become stupid forum rage. Which given I spent part of the day civilly debating rudeness on the internet on this same forum was doubly wrong. I can be snippy at times but don't usually descend into outright rudeness and I will try to ensure it does not happen again.9 -
