Hi All

New PC player here, having purchased the Gold version of the game recently.

My situation is as follows.
  1. Bought the Gold version of the game on 13th Feb, liked it enough to buy 90-day ESO Plus subscription too.
  2. In a bid to buy more gems I renewed my subscription for a further 180 days. So on the 14-May I will be charged for a further 180 days.
  3. My mistake is not realising this wouldn't give me crowns straight way.
  4. So I then went off to buy 5,500 more crowns.
So my questions are; can I cancel the 180-day purchase without impacting the current 90-day ESO Plus subscription which has 80 days left? I suspect the easiest answer is let the mistake ride and enjoy ESO Plus for most of the year, but what would happen if I select cancel on the manage membership?

I couldn't find an answer to this on the FAQ or a way of contacting ZOS with this question.

Many thanks in advance.

Sure you can contact ZOS support either on the Forums or by gong HERE. As this is a matter involving payment then doing more private chatting would be better, so I'd go with the latter option.

Now you might be able to just cancel your subscription, and if you haven't been charged yet then I'd imagine that'd work. Of course if you cancel it could just assume that you want to leave after the further 180 days. You can find this out by it saying how long of a period left on your account.

    Thank you for the response.

I'm not sure why but I was never able to log onto that support site fully, although I think it's due to the Chrome browser Add-On UBlock Origin. So since I've switched that off I've been able to submit an email question.

Yeah certain add-ons/extensions will interfere with certain sites, and that's by design. I use Ghostery, and HTTPS Everywhere, both of which needs to be disabled on certain sites. Well at least you know they're doing their job :)

I wish you luck on getting your issue resolved :)
