Took five years to load into Grahtwood to check the merchants. Made some rounds. Went to a guild trader, clicked on him, and the game sot of... hung up. The trader went to the right of the screen, but no menu opened and I couldn't back out or do anything.

I tried restarting the PS4 as well. Totally shut down. Waited. Turned back on. Same "already logged in" error message.
For the one quoting the ZOS employee... that method took longer than 1-2 minutes. His suggestion is not solving the issue. Something deeper has occurred.
It's a shame that it probably means someone (probably several someones) is sweating bullets to fix this during evening/off hours... but that's the price paid for a live service such as this.PS5 NA. Definitely happening on pc also. I can get to the character selection screen, but not into the game.0
