Hey there, I was wondering if there is an ticket system ? I can't manage to login because i forgot the password, and if i try to reset it, i get asked the name which i can't remember exactly :( What use is having an email adress if i can't get an verification mail without writing name....

    I've been playing since early beta... would be a total waste if i can't access my account :/ help

    You can access additional assistance by submitting a ticket at SUPPORT at the top of the page. This is our ticketing system. :) You can do this through Web Assistant or clicking Log-in and selecting Compromised Access.
