Bugs in Cyrodiil since the first Homestead Patch

1. Nightblades can jump one some walls again (namely walls of Daggerfall North Gate)
2. Proximity Detonation, used by more than 6 players at the same time, causes a majority of the enemy players around to be rooted and unable to use skills (again) on busy servers like Trueflame or Azura´s, unlike the 4 months before.
3. Proc sets underperform beyond the planned amounts - Storm Fist, in particular
4. The good old "Fall through the sky and ground" - bug is back again! Possibly a morrowind reference
5. Random loading screens in full force again
6. The 2-weapons Ultimate can be reflected by a NPC eclipse.
