Easiest Method Of Obtaining Xivkyn Heavy?
Hey folks!
As a fan of skyrim, Iv'e come to love the daedric armour. In ESO, however, I hear it is insanely hard to obtain. Being a new(ish) player, should I start grinding out smithing now and try to obtain the requirements to craft in xivkyn style, or should I buy the loot bags that have a chance at the polymorph? Or is there some other way I am missing? I own imperial city DLC.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!:)

LordSarevok✭✭✭✭You can grind it out and research your traits. The motifs are really cheap to buy, as well as the style material.Or you could ask in guild/zone chat for someone to craft it for you. That is Daedric not Xivkyn.
But you can get Xivkyn in guild stores. I actually find that my PVP guild sells them cheap (since they probably don't have MM or just don't care)0 -
SolarCat02✭✭✭✭✭Xivkyn motif pages are fairly cheap. I bought mine for 500g to 2,000g per page depending on the item. You will need to level your crafting and put skill points into the crafts in order to learn the style, but you can do that easily by deconstructing all the armor and weapons you don't intend to keep or sell.Why be normal when you can be better?

makeumrage✭✭✭If your on Xbox One ill craft whatever youd like in it free of charge if you have matts. If not, easiest is in guild stores. Sells SUPER cheap. Maybe 1-3k a motif atleast on console.

✭As said above, the motif itself can be found in Imperial City chests, bought from other players, and I would like to note requires that you be tier 9 in a craft to learn (can make cp90-140 equipment) and some trait knowledge to actually make a set you want to wear in that style.
You could also purchase a gear set from a player that can already craft it, OR do any content in Imperial City. The gear that drops from the dungeons (WGT and ICP) all come in Xivkyn and there's one heavy gear set per dungeon with different effects ^^If you quote someone, and intend for them to see what you have said, be sure to Mention them with @[insert name].0 -

✭As the other's said, don't waste your $$ on motifs.
They are bought for no more than 2-3k each from players. Just look around in guild stores. There are 14 total.
They do require an "almost" maxed crafter in at least one profession of woodworking, clothing, or blacksmithing to learn.Make PC NA raiding great again!

✭✭The xivkyn tormentor and dreadguard Polymorphs are way better. They make the noises of the xivkyn too. Crap skill but on a templar use the 2nd healing skill. They do a proper evil little chant whilst casting it. Quite cool.PC Master Race

The only motif probably worth crowns is assassins league. It's an absolute horrible farm with shite drop rates and rare as rocking horse *** in guild traders. Bar the 4 pages that drop from WB (the useless ones) and it's 3k somehow.PC Master Race

✭✭✭The sewers are dead nowadays. I've been farming everyday for around a month and I could count on one hand how many rival players I've actually seen in the sewers. Above ground there are more players, but the sewers are empty and easy for farming stones and motifs. Add to that, your corresponding alliance motifs will drop regularly from chests as do the key shards you need for the Xivkyn motif. I've made a mint from farming stones and keys. I've had umpteen dozen arcane willpower jewellery pieces and some sharpened 1-h swords. The sharp swords sell for 100k on PS4 EU.0 -
