Game uplayable for Australian players

Many Australian players experiencing huge lag problems every day from 6pm to 12am AEST. Bar doesnt swap, skills take time to ba castted, mobs freeze on screen for a few seconds then everything just fast forwards. Multiple crashes on loading screens. This started the next day after maintenance. And this is not internet connection problem, i know many many players from different parts of Australia who experience this.

I tried changing the DNS settings from what Zen support suggests (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) to my local ISP's DNS addresses, and it seems like it fixed most of the massive ping spikes... Didn't thoroughly test it though, getting sleepy. Might be worth a try for your mates?

It's not a resolution.

Doesn't work - changing the DNS to 8.8.8.8 is another (crap) response as they suggest telling your PS4 to use a GOOGLE DNS server IP.

This is a ridicules suggestion, it may slightly help but won't be a fix far from it.

If I told people to do this in my professional IT environment I'd be fired that day.
