Housing related BUGS

I would like to draw devs' attention to the following things/bugs that drive me nuts regarding housing and furnishing, which need fixing asap:

1) The books. On the shelves. On the bookcases. Setting them on a shelf in a way so we can actually read them is a nearly impossible task. Only for patient people. With a lot of spare time. I have no patience nor a lot of free time to do this. I don't want to explain this thing once again because it was already fully described in numerous threads, including these:

Please, in my personal opinion fixing this should be a priority with regard to furnishing our homes.

And please.... for the love of Dibella, do not count every single book for our house item limit!!! There are so many books out there to be put on the shelves/bookcases that we wouldn't have anything other than those books because of this item limit!

Btw is it possible to actually buy book stacks/rows for our shelves/bookcases from vendors, i.e. in a place other than the crown store? I don't mean the books you can buy from mystic from Mages Guild, but the whole set of books in a row (even unreadable) so we can organize our libraries in a more convenient and quicker way than by putting books one by one (the ones bought from mystic)?

2) 'Align' feature and the walls. Why it doesnt work? When I try to put a tapestry on a wall and use the 'align' button in a hope that an item will neatly adhere to the wall... well, this item becomes "horizontal" - I mean a tapestry behaves much like a carpet, adhering to the floor, not to the wall. It should be "vertical" so we can actually put it on a wall.

Btw, if a tapestry overlaps the wall and I want to correct this, I can't choose this tapestry with a left click of my mouse to be able to move it - I have to search for this particular one in a retrieve tab. It is sooooo frustrating. And this bug applies not only to this, but to all items, including books. How did this even manage to go from pts to live without fixing?!

3) The smallest thing, more of a bug, but still irritating. The Ayleid throne. If I sit on it, my legs disappear "in it" like there would be no "collision" between me and the throne. Even more, when I try to get up, I am stuck like I would be in a hole so I need to jump to be able to get away. I tested at least one other throne (I think it was the orcish one) and there was no such problem.

Which implies testing whether the item can be installed and/or will work before we buy it with Crowns from the Crown Store, or with Gold Pieces from a Guild Store/Guild Trader. But it could be rather difficult to implement a "try-before-you-buy" feature, even for furnishings offered in the Crown Store.

However, it should be feasible to implement a feature that permits the player to return the item to the seller for a refund within a certain amount of time, either with "no questions asked"(easiest) or when the player finds the item defective or unusable (without providing proof -?-). Businesses customarily do this in the "real world" every day, so why should the ZOS Crown Store or a Guild Store be an exception?

As it stands now, Crown Store furnishings become bound to the player's account, and ZOS has not published a refund policy of which I've been apprised. If a crafted furnishing item doesn't fit or doesn't work and you bought it with Gold Pieces, then I suppose you could sell it to some other player -- as far as I know, it doesn't become bound when someone buys it -- for whom it might be satisfactory.

Of course, if your character crafts an item, then the investment of the materials furnishings, etc. cannot be recovered if you cannot install the item to your satisfaction afterward, or cannot interact with it (when it supposedly has an interactive feature). Currently there is no feature to allow a PC to "deconstruct" any furnishing for any purpose. But you can offer the crafted item for sale at a Guild Store instead of using it for a Homestead.
