It's painfully obvious there is no customer service here. I bought a second motif of the same thing because it didnt say I had already purchased it and tried to return it ... I got a form letter and a big FU

Uh... what forum request for help? I looked at your posts, I'm not seeing anything in your recent history about a bugged quest. Complaints about how addons were briefly derped by the homestead update, but nothing about getting stuck on a quest.1 -

I vaguely recall something about the gate glowing but not being able to open it. I think there was something else that had to be done, another entrance with a switch... But it's been so long since I have done this quest that I forget.
Have you watched any play through videos to see if there was something you missed, OP?
