How can I regain my guild? I've sent multiple tickets.

I got the Imperial Edition of ESO years ago when the game went live. I created a guild of my own. After a while I went inactive and stopped playing. Someone in the guild ticketed a GM and had them give them GM'ship of the guild. The player who's now the current GM has gone completely inactive for months/years. I sent in multiple tickets trying to get ownership back but all I get are generic responses telling me to 'Reply to the email if my problem is not resolved.' I've gotten 3 of those so far with no actual real dialogue from the GM's who's names are on the ticket. They're not even telling me what they're doing, or what the situation is. What can I do? ;x

    Were the tickets you sent separate each time or replies to the one you submitted?

    Generally I have found if you get a generic auto reply to a ticket then replying asking for the issue to be looked at again will get a person response.

    I also try to have a single line at the top of the ticket so it can clearly be seen what the issue is.
    Request for guild leader transfer.

    <message body>

    Regards.

    Also information on transferring of leadership, when I did this a year and bit ago the requirements were the GM being offline for 30 days, they would then try to contact that GM to confirm things were okay, then give leadership to you. If you were a officer of the guild it worked better.

    They try to do all they can to stop guilds being hijacked by members, so it can take a while. Hopefully this information helps.

    I replied to the original email from within the email (since it says to do so if your problem is unresolved)..then I got a new email with the exact same generic message..lol. Nothing new since. Also, they can look at the history and see that I was the actual creator/founder of the guild. That should weigh in my favor I'd imagine. It's just a matter of them actually talking to me ;x
