I will try to give info about price, furniture item limits, trophy item limits, special item limit(mounts/pets/assistants), if the house has a yard and if it is suitable for crafters. Please excuse any mistakes in the format as i've never done a similar post before.
For that reason i'll exclude the first 3 apartments you can acquire through the quest as they are both small and everyone will be able to get them for free.

Staple Homes-Apartments:

- Furniture Item Limit: 100

- Trophy Limit : 2

- Special Item Limit: 2

1.Barbed Hook Private Room:

- Cost: 11k

- Yard: No

- Crafter Suitable: Too small

2.Flaming Nix Deluxe Garret:

- Cost: 13k

- Yard: No

- Crafter Suitable: Too small

3.Sisters of the Sands Apartment:

- Cost: 12k

- Yard: No

- Crafter Suitable: Too small

Small Homes:

- Furniture Item Limit: 200

- Trophy Item Limit: 10

- Special item Limit: 4

1. Autumn's-Gate:

- Cost: 60k

- Yard: It has a small yard

- Crafter Suitable: I believe you can probably fit some crafting stations to it. For that cost i wouldnt mind turning it into a crafting workshop as the room inside is spacious and it helps that the style of the house has not corners and weird architecture to hinder placement.

2.Black Vine Villa:

- Cost: 54k

- Yard: There is a yard but i personally dont like that the wall around it is making it narrow and thus hard to place many things

- Crafter Suitable: You may fit some stations but it wont be the best choice as the elven arhitecture will hinder placement and will give a narrow feel but hey that is my personal opinion you may love it;).

3.Captain Margaux's Place:

- Cost: 56k

- Yard: No yard

- Crafter Suitable: the room is big enough for some crafting stations but for that money there are better options

4.Cyrodilic Jungle House:

- Cost: 71k

- Yard:It has a nice yard, quite spacious for the cost of the house actually with some good spots to place workshops or other things you might like

- Crafter Suitable: The yard allone is a better option for craters than other homes but the interior is smaller than other houses

5.Hammerdeck End:

- Cost: 65k

- Yard: No Yard

- Crafter Suitable: Small for the price, you can get better with that money but if you like the location you can make it work

6.Humblemud:

- Cost: 40k

- Yard: Small yard on the back

- Crafter Suitable: too small i think but hey you may like it

7.Kragenhome:

- Cost: 69k

- Yard: No Yard

- Crafter Suitable: No for that price, too small

8.Moonmirth House:

Might want to mention the limits you've posted are with an ESO+ sub.

For non-ESO+ members it's half what you've posted.

They need another category for shalidor books. That way you don't hit your limit building a library.
