I will try to give info about price, furniture item limits, trophy item limits, special item limit(mounts/pets/assistants), if the house has a yard and if it is suitable for crafters. Please excuse any mistakes in the format as i've never done a similar post before.
For that reason i'll exclude the first 3 apartments you can acquire through the quest as they are both small and everyone will be able to get them for free.

1. Autumn's-Gate:
- Cost: 60k
- Yard: It has a small yard
- Crafter Suitable: I believe you can probably fit some crafting stations to it. For that cost i wouldnt mind turning it into a crafting workshop as the room inside is spacious and it helps that the style of the house has not corners and weird architecture to hinder placement.
2.Black Vine Villa:
- Cost: 54k
- Yard: There is a yard but i personally dont like that the wall around it is making it narrow and thus hard to place many things
- Crafter Suitable: You may fit some stations but it wont be the best choice as the elven arhitecture will hinder placement and will give a narrow feel but hey that is my personal opinion you may love it;).
