Unable to Play game, Unending Error 1032 cycles

I've spent 2 1/2 hours trying to update/play this game since patch. I have very little installed in this computer. I have shut down ALL but major process (as far as I can see), and I still end up at the "Error 1032" message screen.
I've chosen the "repair" option numerous times to no avail.
Any ideas?

Ekoe1954✭✭✭with a comp restart, I made it past this first hurdle. Now working on the "constant loading screen" phase. Delightful stuff.0
