Cant login (account inactive/passwd error)??

Hello,

So my client updated and now I cannot login, this time I have a weird error.

Login failed. Your username or password may be incorrect or inactive at this time. If you purchased the game through Steam (I did not), please start the game via Steam client to login.

My account on elderscrollsonline.com is also not logging in. I tried to change the password, successfully, yet it refuses to let me in.

Any ideas?

Check your email (inc. spam) to make sure you've not got anything from ZOS about a ban or account freeze.

Use the support page on the website to try and send a ticket, if you can't log in to the support page then try the account recovery page.

Nope, no e-mail from ZoS about any ban/freeze, just re-checked. That would have been really awkward as I have barely played in the past few months.

I can't log in the support page. I tried a password reset, it said I have reset my password successfully. But even then when I try to login, it tells me password incorrect.

I'll try recovery now, thanks.

This sucks, whenever the game updates, I seem to have one problem or the other with logging in.
