Why trials run so bad on console

Hi,

Why do trials run so badly on PS4? Is it because the hardware cannot handle the amount of people, lag, or something else? Dungeons seem to run smoothly.

I don't think it's necessarily the number of players, at least not that factor alone, as Dragonstar Arena is rather laggy, too.

I just dont understand how some people lag and others dont when in the same group? can anyone enlighten me on this as im also on the laggy side.......not so much lag but framerate drop

On one hand I feel like it could be the bandwidth different from two different individual ISP's. One the performance side my guess would be maybe if you have a harddrive that's completely full, an older system, maybe a dust build up with insufficient airflow, your system may be heating up and throttling. This is pure speculation mind you.

Buying my new PS4 Pro helped me alot...

better fps rates... NO MORE UI CRASHES(Blue Screens) - not even 1 since ps4 pro is running...

doing Trials on a daily base ( vet of course) and the only time i have some fps issues sometimes is in Sanctum Ophidia

Yeah after I bought my PS4 pro, trials no longer lag anywhere near as they do in a regular PS4.
